Northern Lights

Wow……just wow!

Back from Tromso (Norway) now, where I was hoping to see the Northern Lights and I did! They were visible every night I was there and I saw the most spectacular displays which our guide rated 10/10! It surpassed my expectations completely and was astoundingly beautiful but very, very difficult to photograph! Photos to follow I’m afraid as I am back to a backlog of admin which takes priority, which is very frustrating!

Very lucky with the weather too, only -7C or thereabouts, not much wind and very clear skies. Normally its a lot colder (-15C or lower with strong winds making it feel much colder). Tromso is 200 miles inside the Arctic Circle so no wonder its cold!
